Silver Star Motors EAD trusted Team VISION Bulgaria with the implementation of the leading ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Silver Star Motors EAD – the general representative of the world-renowned automobile concern Daimler AG for Bulgaria – chose Team VISION Bulgaria as a partner for the implementation of the leading ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The company offers the full range of Daimler’s passenger and commercial vehicles and buses on the Bulgarian market, among those the world-renowned brand Mercedes-Benz. Silver Star Motors’ extensive business covers the entire spectrum of services including sales of new and used vehicles, original spare parts and after-sales services.

The company’s rapid expansion in the latest years and its recognition among the leaders in the automotive market in Bulgaria led to Silver Star Motors’ decision to invest further in the optimization of key business processes and implementation of an integrated solution for business management. The main goal of the initiated in 2019 project was migration to a software solution that would ensure a high level of automation of activities related to accounting and finance management, provide standardization of business processes and a unified view towards the overall functioning of the company.

Among the challenges within the project was the implementation of the selected management system simultaneously in four different companies within the Silver Star Motors group. The scope of the project covered all activities related to the financial management of the company, budgeting, management of receivables and payables, as well as corporate reporting and analyzes. The main task of the integrated system is to optimize business processes and to increase the working effectiveness.

The implementation project also included a complete integration of the ERP solution with the company’s specialized dealership management solution, as the main point is exchange of data and working in an integrated environment.
