ERP Consultant

As ERP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

What we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of the key business processes in a company;
  • Degree in the field of Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Technical / Engineering Sciences or Applied Mathematics;
  • Prominent analytical abilities, logical thinking and skills for independent problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
  • Good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Experience in the field of business management systems, as well as skills in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, are a significant advantage.

ERP Consultant (Payroll profile)

 

As an ERP Consultant (Payroll) you will:

  • Take part in all stages of ERP implementation projects, applying a proven methodology to deliver real results;
  • Shape the Payroll module, helping manage labor and remuneration within a leading ERP system;
  • Work with clients across diverse industries, guiding them through implementation and providing hands-on training for smooth adoption;
  • Be a trusted advisor, proactively supporting clients with payroll and labor management challenges;
  • Stay ahead of labor legislation changes and ensure they are seamlessly reflected in the Payroll module;
  • Translate clients’ unique payroll needs into practical system enhancements, turning business requirements into real solutions.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll-related processes;
  • Solid understanding of remuneration, insurance, and tax calculations, including all required documentation for relevant institutions;
  • Experience in implementing and/or using business management systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions is a significant advantage;
  • University degree in Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field;
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously develop professionally.
