- Micro and small enterprises registered before December 31, 2023
- At least BGN 100,000 net sales revenues for 2023–2024 (combined)
- At least 2 employees in 2024

2. Industry 4.0 Technologies (BG16RFPR001-1.008)
📅 Application period: August 6 – December 15, 2025
This program is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises that already use digital tools and are ready to advance towards Industry 4.0 technologies.
Who can apply
- SMEs registered before December 31, 2022
- Minimum net sales revenues (2023):
- Small enterprise: ≥ BGN 300,000
- Medium enterprise: ≥ BGN 1,000,000
- Digital maturity level between 25% and 80% (measured via the official DMA Survey)

Mandatory activities (Element A):
- ICT systems (ERP, CRM, BI, SaaS) ✅
- Integration with existing systems
- Machines, equipment, and production facilities
- Industry 4.0 maturity levels (Visibility, Transparency, Predictive Capacity, Adaptability)
Optional activities (Element B):
- Cybersecurity and data protection
- Industry 4.0 standards implementation
- Consultancy for international standards

- Small enterprises: BGN 150,000 – 450,000 (max 60% of avg. sales revenues, 2022–2024)
- Medium enterprises:
- BGN 150,000 – 450,000 (De Minimis aid)
- Up to BGN 850,000 (Regional Investment Aid)
- Max 25% of avg. sales revenues, 2022–2024
- Funding intensity: up to 50%
- Project duration: 15 months
- Total budget: BGN 105,978,140
