Team VISION Bulgaria implemented a leading ERP solution in HL-TopMix
HL-TopMix Ltd. has successfully deployed a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to manage its resources and business processes. The solution, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, centralizes and synchronizes all core activities across the company – from finance and inventory management to sales and manufacturing. The project was delivered by the Bulgarian consultancy company Team VISION Bulgaria, experts in business software implementation.

ERP project scope
The choice of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was driven by its flexibility and ability to adapt to the specific needs of a manufacturing business. The ERP system covers accounting and financial management, manufacturing and quality control, raw material procurement, sales, and warehouse operations. As part of the project, the ERP solution was also integrated with key preexisting systems, including an MES system for production management, weighing equipment, and quality control tools. This ensures seamless automation and a real-time flow of information across all operations.
