New AI Copilot will assist business management

Microsoft officially presented world’s first artificial intelligence that is natively integrated in both the ERP and CRM solutions of the company.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot will help increase productivity in all areas of business by taking over repetitive routine tasks and speeding up business processes. Based on the latest developments in machine learning and natural language processing, Copilot is able to compose and propose responses to emails, summaries of Teams meetings, product descriptions and be helpful in a number of other time-consuming tasks.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot is natively integrated and compliments all ERP and CRM solutions in the Dynamics 365 family.
Application in the ERP solutions
As part of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the new AI assistant is able to help in the preparation of impressive product descriptions, which can then be published with just a few clicks to online stores such as Shopify via a new direct connector. This will be of great value to product managers, who will no longer waste time creating unique product descriptions for dozens and hundreds of items. With Copilot they will only have to choose what product features to include in the description, the style and layout of the text.
Copilot is also invaluable for management of the everchanging supply chain as part of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The intelligent assistant helps identify risks arising from weather conditions, financial or geopolitical issues that may affect specific suppliers and cause disruption or delays.
Copilot as part of the CRM solutions
As part of Microsoft’s CRM applications, the new AI assistant will help reduce time spent on repetitive administrative tasks, respond more quickly to changing market conditions, and improve customer communication and service.
Based on the data within the CRM applications, Dynamics 365 Copilot is able to generate email responses as well as create scripts of online meeting, note covered topics, questions, deadlines and the need for additional feedback. In the field of customer service, the new application can help agents quickly find and share information related to customer inquiries received through various communication channels such as email and chat, and thus solve their cases faster and better.
In the field of marketing, the AI assistant facilitates the easier and more complete use of accumulated customer data, better segmentation and the generation of unique content to run impressive and successful email campaigns.
For the moment Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot can be tested as part of Microsoft Viva Sales, and we look forward to welcoming the friendly AI in all other solutions from the Dynamics 365 family.
