More sales with CRM seminar

On the 27th of January was organized the seminar “More sales with Microsoft Dynamics CRM” hosted by Team VISION Bulgaria. Its main purpose was to demonstrate the organization of a complete sales workflow with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

The participants were mostly representatives of the private sector – companies in the fields of services, manufacture, trade and distribution.

The first part of the seminar was theoretical, led by Pavlina Kozarova – Marketing and Sales manager at Team VISION Bulgaria. To the attendees were introduced some of the most common difficulties in the daily work of the Sales and Marketing department, such as: lack of a centralized database and client’s history, lack of unified sales and product documentation, uncertain qualification of the prospects, difficulties in the effectiveness assessment of the department as much as the assessment of each trader individually etc. Pavlina Kozarova presented the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to overcome these difficulties.

The second part of the seminar was a demonstration of the functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, related to the organization and management of the sales processes. It was made by Alexander Hadzhidimitrov,  Head of Consultancy department at Team VISION Bulgaria. The sales workflow was followed step by step, starting with potential customer’s information input and finishing with closure of the deal, including all the accompanying activities.

Alexander showed ways to automatize sales activities in order to decrease the time for their performance and increase the efficiency of the sales team.
