Saint Goben Construction Products Bulgaria manages its business with ERP solution from Team VISION Bulgaria

The Bulgarian branch of one of the world’s largest companies in the field of innovative and construction materials – the Saint-Gobain Group, now manages its business with the help of the leading ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV, implemented by Team VISION Bulgaria.

Saint Goben Construction Products Bulgaria specializes in the manufacturing and import of building mixtures, facade and waterproofing systems, thermal and acoustic insulation, gypsum board systems for interior design. The company also manages a division specializing in the import and distribution of flat glass and special gypsum for industrial production. Saint-Gobain has been officially present in Bulgaria since 2001, has two factories and provides jobs to almost 100 employees.

The implemented ERP solution manages all corporate accounting, finance and control, cash flow management, manufacturing, raw material purchases, warehousing and sales to customers, integrating the processes of four businesses into one centralized system. As part of the project, integration with an existing electronic document exchange system was implemented, which will help to facilitate tracking and overall optimization of the document flow in the company.

Among the challenges of the project was to align the software system with the strict requirements of the parent company in terms of business and financial consolidation.
