Ruvex AD

Ruvex is one of the first companies in Bulgaria to begin the complete construction of heating systems, including design, supply, installation and servicing.

The company pays particular attention to reducing emissions and protecting the environment. One of the main goals of the manufacturers is to increase the energy efficiency of its appliances and to use renewable energy sources. The company has over 1000 completed site with undeniable quality – boilers, plumbing installations, heating and air conditioning systems.

In 2005 the company received a GLOBAL award for most successful distributor of aluminum radiators on the European market, and also a gold medal at the International Fair in Plovdiv in 2006 with the series of gas condensing boilers INNOVENS MC of DE DIETRICH. In 2012 RUVEX won the “Best Building Product 2011” award in the competition of citybuild.bg, in the Heating and ventilation category.

Ruvex is the first client of Team VISION Bulgaria for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution. As a result of many years of successful cooperation between the teams of the two companies, several projects have been implemented to expand and update the business management system.

Scope of the ERP implementation

The ERP system in Ruvex covers all processes related to delivery, storage and sale of parts related to heating, ventilation, water and sewage systems. The standard functionality of NAV is extended with further modules Personnel and Payroll, developed by Team VISION Bulgaria, as well as integration with mobile devices with barcode readers and a module for construction activities and billing.
