The need of business management solution

Novatel’s increasing business volume and desire to standardize and optimize business processes in the company have led to a decision to implement an integrated business management software solution.

Scope of the implementation project

The interconnected cloud business management solutions were implemented during the project:

  • ERP solution for resource planning Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV 2016, implemented by Team VISION Bulgaria. As part of the project our team implemented modules for financial and accounting management, fixed assets, sales, purchases and stocks.
  • specialized vertical solution for customer relationship management in the telecommunications field, developed and implemented by PIAS Business Solutions (Corefin). The solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
