Scope of the implemented ERP solution
Even before the registration of the Bulgarian subsidiary, a decision was made to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the requirement being that the system should function at the very start of the company’s activity. Thus, the implementation project was completed in a record-breaking period of only one month. The implemented solution covers all business processes related to financial management, management of sales and supply activities, accounting and fixed assets.
As a second project for the same client, Team VISION Bulgaria also implemented a logistics module, integrated with MS Dynamics NAV in partnership with Business Solutions Slovenia.
Due to the high customer satisfaction with the implemented solutions and the overall increase of the company’s work efficiency, GEFCO entrusted Team VISION Bulgaria with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV at its regional offices in Greece and Serbia.
