Devin JSC was founded in 1992 with primary scope of business including bottling and selling of mineral water, spring water, table and carbonated water and non-carbonated soft drinks.

Devin JSC holds the concession for use of drillings 3 and 5 in the region of Devin, the Rhodope Mountain, from which it bottles its DEVIN mineral water. The water is natural and comes from an ecologically clean area. It has unique mineral composition and taste. Devin JSC has a license for utilization of Baldaran source, used for bottling the unique for the Bulgarian market DEVIN spring water.

Scope of the implemented ERP solution

The project, conducted by Team VISION Bulgaria, included the implementation of a ERP system in Devin JSC and its daughter-companies Devin Royal (now part of Devin JSC) and Atlantic Divine – the two companies are responsible for the distribution and delivery of Devin’s products.

Main implementation challenges:

  • Simultaneous implementation in three companies
  • Big number of customers and document load
  • Specific requirements towards the processes of monitoring and analyses of the sales and relations with clients
  • Use of the “trade force” in the process of collecting client orders, management of advertising assets, gathering of information about clients, etc. and the need to automate the work of these employees
  • Big number of advertising assets and the need of their management

The system covers all processes related to management of customer orders, planning and management of delivery, reporting of production, budgeting and analyses of sales and deliveries, management of receivables and payables, finances and accounting.

A CRM module is also implemented for customer relationship management. The module includes business information about clients and their stores, management of contracts, management of visits from the sales team, management of advertising assets and information regarding the state of the stores.

The CRM module is integrated with a system for mobile trade in order gathering of client orders, as well as information from inquiries, information regarding the advertising assets, etc.
