Clio Commerce – TB EOOD was established in 1992 in Razgrad and today it is among the fastest growing distribution companies in Bulgaria.

Clio Commerce established itself as a reliable and preferred partner of leading Bulgarian and international food manufacturers. The company has offices and warehouses in Razgrad, Shumen, Varna, Dobrich, Ruse, Silistra and Veliko Tarnovo.

Each of the offices has professional sales teams divided into two main divisions – Kraft and Food. All sales representatives undergo series of trainings to be able to best address the growing customer requirements.

Prerequisites and business needs for deploying Microsoft Dynamics NAV:

• Requirement for electronic exchange of information with the main supplier
• The management lost a huge amount of its time in debugging, integrating the information and reporting
• Inconsistency, duplication and errors in the company data
• Significant amount of transactions

The implemented ERP solution covers the whole commercial process, including pricing, promotions and commercial activities, sales, presales and mobile commerce, receivables from clients, storing, deliveries, planning the sales team routes, electronic data exchange with the main supplier, automated reporting. The BI tool Tableau was also implemented as part of the project. Tableau extracts and directly visualizes data from MS Dynamics NAV.

As a result of the implementation of ERP and BI solutions the company achieved the following benefits:
