Since the beginning of 2013 InterAgri Bulgaria AD is the exclusive importer of the New Holland brand.
New Holland is a global brand of agricultural machinery including high-tech tractors, combine harvesters, balers, forage harvesters, self-propelled sprayers, haying tools, seeding equipment, hobby tractors, utility vehicles and implements, as well as grape harvesters.
InterAgri Bulgaria has a well-developed distribution network throughout the country, which includes qualified specialists in service and sales centers.
Challenges to the Implementation of the ERP solution
The main challenge during the implementation project was applying the best practices of MS Dynamics NAV in a newly established company with no active business processes. This became also the main advantage of the implementation since the company started operating with simplified business processes in accordance with the processes in NAV. The implementation project was completed in just 45 days.
The ERP solution covers all processes related to financial management, sales, purchases, storing, marketing and customer relationships management (CRM).
