Team VISION Bulgaria and ERP Academy – The wave of change in Higher education

Following the tradition of being an innovator with the solutions provided, after carrying out the first implementation of a business management system – NAVISION (named Microsoft Dynamics NAV later) in Bulgaria and BI solution Tableau, Team VISION Bulgaria is involved in significant change. This time the change is focused on the Higher education, in order to try to make it batter and prepare the students for the real business environment.

We are talking about the new Masters program – Business analysis and ERP systems, which officially become part of the program of VUZF (University of finance, business and entrepreneurship) this autumn (2015). It is the first of its king, in Bulgaria, entirely focused on the systems for business management. The main purpose of this master program is not to educate developers but experts in business software and management of business processes. The VUZF University and Dr. Natalia Futekova, founder of ERP Academy, are the initiators of the idea for more practical education. They are going to work together in order to make future specialist more adequately prepared for the real needs of the business and of course for the needs of the labor market.

To achieve this goal, аs lecturers in the different courses (which are: ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning; CRM – Customer Relationship Management; BI – Business Intelligence; HRM – Human Resource Management; BPM – Business Process Management) are invited long-lasting experts from the biggest Bulgarian IT companies.

Rosen Karaivanov (Manager) and Anastas Shopov (Business consulting manager) are invited to participate in the program, as representatives of Team VISION Bulgaria.

All the lecturers, have one main task – to try to pass on the experience and all the tips&tricks they’ve acquired over the years working in this area to the students. Following the recent tangible trends of strengthening the relation between education and business, the IT specialist involved in the initiative will invest their time and efforts, over the next one year, will give the students the knowledge they need for practical work with the Business management systems.

And this is just the beginning.
